New car buying without stress, hassle and mistrust I did a lot of research with Twin City Area Dealers on the purchase of my 3rd Murano and IGH was the best dealership to work with! * They were resp I did a lot of research with Twin City Area Dealers on the purchase of my 3rd Murano and IGH was the best dealership to work with! * They were responsive to calls, emails and questions. * They were upfront with information (factful not misleading). * We made an appointment with a specific sales rep and he came in on his day off to help us out. At other dealships, we waited over an hour for an appt. we had set up. * The salesman sat in the car with us and showed us how to use the new technology - was careful to ask questions and make sure we understood. * Even the process of the financial paperwork (usually a tense experience) was pleasant. Very details and patient to explain all the information. This is the 2nd new car I've bought from IGH Nissan. Next time I'm buying a car, I wont waste my time and energy going to other dealerships. Excellent staff I purchased a car last week. Everyone I came in contact with was great. Matthew, my salesman, was fun to work with and went above and beyond what an I purchased a car last week. Everyone I came in contact with was great. Matthew, my salesman, was fun to work with and went above and beyond what any other salesman has ever done for me in the past. He is a doll. Today I brought the car back to have service check it out since I was unfamiliar w/ Nissan motors and thought it was revving high not realizing the Nissan motors don't shift and sounded different than any other vehicle I have driven. Adam hopped in the car with me to check it out. He also was so sweet and personable. He took the time to explain the engine to me and saved me a lot of time and headache. I would highly recommend doing business with this crew. More
