David Burns is terrible I bought a 2011 Mazda 3 last week and not much has gone right. I was already pre approved from Wings credit union and told David Burns that but he sa I bought a 2011 Mazda 3 last week and not much has gone right. I was already pre approved from Wings credit union and told David Burns that but he said it was “normal” to have Luther run my credit again and go through the same process that wings did the day before. Well, he should do more research when he’s trying to pull one over on customers because I received the denial letter in the mail from Royal Credit union this week. He ran my credit again which made my score drop even further. I’m assuming he somehow gets a cut or this is somehow benefitcial to Luther if I finance through them but this goes against your poorly chosen tag line of “where trust is the bottom line.” On top of that, even though your website says 1 hour to complete the paperwork, we were there for 3 hours and asked to NOT have pulse on the car. I just looked closer at the paperwork and we are being charged for it!!! I want this off my car and not to be charged for it. Besides that, the “new” brakes that were installed in may squeak and click and even though I dropped it off on service last Friday and picked it up Saturday, the service team couldn’t fix it. I have to bring my car back AGAIN tonight so they can fix it. More
