It is the second time that I've brought my vehicle for maintenance or a recall and was told it would take a few hours, and it ended up not being complete until the following day. I understand there is an unpredictability to these things and a limited number of employees to do the work, but a more accurate time estimate would be helpful as I planned on having the car the following day to commute to work and I ended up needing to scramble to figure out an alternative. Service was amazing. My only complaint is that my appt was at 8:00 and they told me the vehicle would take an hour and a half (I start work at 9:30). They got me a Lyft a My only complaint is that my appt was at 8:00 and they told me the vehicle would take an hour and a half (I start work at 9:30). They got me a Lyft and I wasn't even to work yet when they called to tell me the vehicle was done. Great that they are so fast but it was inconvenient to have to get another Lyft to bring me back when I just could have waited. The car was finished by 8:45. My ride back was scary, the driver drove kind of crazy and we almost got hit by a delivery truck but not the dealership fault. For sure will still give 5 stars:) More
