Over charged for oil change. I felt like I was over charged for my oil change, because when I was waiting in the lounge there is a television advertising a conventional oil change I felt like I was over charged for my oil change, because when I was waiting in the lounge there is a television advertising a conventional oil change for $ 34.95, and I was charged $42.07. Also the next day I noticed the 2 valve stem caps on my passenger side tires were missing, so I went back to the dealership to get some replacements. I have been doing business there for a couple years and the service has been pretty good, but I just wanted to inform you of my last visit. More

The reason for the 4 star review was Dave, the Sales Manager. I found the vehicle I wanted 5 days before I actually purchased. When it came time to close the deal, his negotiation tactic was offensive and rude. He essentially wanted me to negotiate with myself LOL I could take out a longer term loan, I could put more money down, I could pay more out of pocket or I could leave. So I left. More

They did not fix the problem I came back 2 times for the same problem and it was not resolved. Due to having to come back a second time, they asked me how they could make it up to I came back 2 times for the same problem and it was not resolved. Due to having to come back a second time, they asked me how they could make it up to me. I requested a free loaner while my car was being fixed as well as my car to be detailed. They said it could be done. I got the loaner as promised. When I returned to pick up my car it had been run through the wash and vacumed. The car was still quite dirty both inside and out. They (Collin) let me know an email had been sent to Adam the service advisor. A different person called me in the morning to make excuses to why the was not cleaned. He said they agreed to whipe it down and do a quick vacume. I let him know the car had mud still on the outside and nothing was whiped down. His answer was that they are not detailers so it is what it is. I called Adam, the service advisor back to tell him the problem with my breaks was still not corrected. He gave the phone to Nick who is the tech who looked at it. They were unable to get me back in to the schedule to look at it again (a 3rd time ). I brought my car to Jeff Belzers where I normally go and they were able to fix the problem in 15 minutes. No resolutions were made at Luther Kia. I was given excuses for why they did not complete the promise of a detail, which was supposed to be incentive to return. I will continue to drive the 40 minutes to Jeff Belzers because they can complete the work and have followed through on what they say. More

A Trustworthy Source I came in both for a 60k mile service for my 2012 Kia Soul, and also because another auto shop had told me I needed an immediate, $1500 brake fix. The car was initially purchased from this location so I thought they would be the best bet for a second opinion. The mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and explained to me that my brakes were not in disrepair, and that while they need work within the next 15,000 miles or so the issue certainly wasn’t emergent. As a young female, I appreciate not being taken advantage of and having the piece of mind that I wasn’t going to cause an accident during my daily commute. Everyone I interacted with was oh so pleasant and I’m so grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic for my car. Never should have gone elsewhere! More

Each time I’ve come I’ve been so glad I did. Every staff person I’ve come in contact with are so friendly and fun to do business with. I don’t know how the hiring staff manage to do that. The orientation must have something to do with that record. I walk away with a smile on my face and every question address well to my satisfaction. More
