When we showed up for the appointment our salesman was running late...fine. However after waiting more than 30 mins and was quoted only ten. We became frustrated because we had already mentioned we were on a time crunch. Needless to say we left. No one has yet to call us back. Are they not even concerned?? This makes me wonder what happens after I become a customer. Yikes😨 More

But then the next day I came here to Luther Nissan/Kia and had a great experience at this dealership with Igor. He also helped my sister and brothers-in-law previously with their cars. He explained every detail on the car and the process of my loan very well and was confident that I would drive away with a brand new car that day, which I did. With my very poor credit, a invaluable car to trade in and little to down he was able to work things out with the finance group and the bank to get me the car. I highly recommend this place, even the finance guys was super kind to me. Thanks a lot guys! More

Wasted time Went in because we received an email saying that they had a program that would pay off the remainder of our lease and not affect us if we bought a new Went in because we received an email saying that they had a program that would pay off the remainder of our lease and not affect us if we bought a new car.
