Luther Kia of Inver Grove

I had already picked out a different dealer we wanted to buy from, so had no intention of buying from Luther Kia. As luck would have it, they had just the right car on the lot (also older and not the one we buy from, so had no intention of buying from Luther Kia. As luck would have it, they had just the right car on the lot (also older and not the one we were planning to buy). But our slaesperson, James Bloomquist, was so wonderful and the car was in immaculate condition for a 3-yr old used vehicle and the price was fantastic. Problem was, it had a nasty noise coming from the rear end (bad bearing, tires, brakes??). We told James we were interested, IF they could diagnose and resolve that noise. We went to grab a bite and during that time, James took the used car manager for a ride and then sent it to the service department. James called and said the car needed a new set of tires. They put them on, drove it again and the problem was resolved. When we came back I expected to be forced to pay for the new tires. The manager didn't even suggest it. He thanked us for allowing them to resolve the issue and being willing to work with them rather than just walking away. No price increase, no haggling, just excellent satifaction and service the way it SHOULD be provided. Way to go Luther! They gave us a reason to start a relationship I think we'll enjoy. More
