My wait time was very long with no updates on when my car was going to be done. I understand you have a recall going on. A new customer can wait a few minutes while you up date a customer that has been waiting for 2 1/2 hours with no updates. After asking several times when my car was going to be ready. I didn't get a update until 1/2 from when 1 asked a second time. The Service Technician seemed stressed and frustrated. I got all caps when he responded to my text. I took that as yelling at me. The other times I brought my car here when it was for a recall I had great service and up dates regularly. More

Car not ready when initially suggested and ac line had missing filler cap. Later I discovered the ac was not functioning. Upon inspection, scrapes on ac line were noticed and combined with missing cap it missing filler cap. Later I discovered the ac was not functioning.
