Since buying my Kia five years ago, I have used Luther Bloomington Kia exclusively for service. I have always been treated fairly, honestly and courteously. Samantha was very knowledgeable and honest with me when I brought my vehicle in for service. The only thing that was not acceptable was that my vehicle was supposed to be vacuumed, as it is done every time brought my vehicle in for service. I had a lot of items in the back and back seat of my vehicle so I just asked for the front to be vacuumed but to my dismay, it was not. Also, I had counted on having a rental car to return to work with but was told that it cost $20 for the day, information that was not relayed to me at the time of scheduling. I would be returning within a few hours to pick up my vehicle so I didn't want to pay the $20 "day" fee when I only needed it to go 1 mile up the road to finish my work day for 4 hours. Another Kia dealership has always given me a rental car free of charge, no questions asked. More
I was in today for my 7,500 mile "hard factory service". My visit was a BIG 10 from the time I entered the check in area until I paid for my service. Brandon Blommer and the gentleman who checked me in (after looking at the pictures I think it may have been David Boogren). made me feel that I was very important to Luther Kia. That makes me feel good. We bought our car a year ago and Brandon LeMire was our sales consultant. He had only been with Luther Kia a short time. He did an excellent job. Very friendly, helpful staff from top to bottom. Samantha was my Service Advisor and she was smiling and very courteous from beginning to end. I also dealt with Brandon and Joe in the Parts Department and th was my Service Advisor and she was smiling and very courteous from beginning to end. I also dealt with Brandon and Joe in the Parts Department and they were both very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me. Also ran into James Remer, or Jimmy, as I remember him. I hadn't seen him since I purchased the car in October, and even then, I probably saw him only twice as he wasn't my main contact, he remembered my name which I think says a lot. Great dealership with some awesome people in all departments. Thanks! More

Brandon was so good to work with - probably the best experience I have had with an auto service department. He explained everything that they were going to look at and gave an estimate of the cost. Part of our service was still under warranty and part was not. Brandon offered ways to reduce the cost of the 45,000 mile service and was able to get us a 10% off coupon from the website for installing new brakes. A part needed to be sent over night and he explained that to me. He called me several times to keep me advised of what was happening. When he called to tell me my car was ready, he offered to have someone pick me up at work. I was so please with the service I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and relatives. More
