Truly Awesome! Purchased my 2013 KIA Sportage at a dealer that stopped selling KIAs last fall. Noticed the spoiler was cracked after I did the first detailed wash an Purchased my 2013 KIA Sportage at a dealer that stopped selling KIAs last fall. Noticed the spoiler was cracked after I did the first detailed wash and cleaning of the year [had to get that winter salt off!!]. Took it to Luther KIA in Bloomington after making an appt online. Brandon checked with Parts and they don't carry spoilers as an in-stock item. He said it'd be about a week before it was in and would give me a call. As it turned out, I rec'd a call today - they found a spoiler and sent it to paint over the weekend and when could I come in to have it replaced? Early this afternoon they had an opening! I drove it over, and they replaced the cracked spoiler in an hour while I waited! Brandon is truly curtious and informative, very polite and efficient! The spoiler was under warranty, so no charge. Thank you for making this process painless! I totally recommend this dealership! More
