Service I was in for a recall notice on my Kia Soul. Arrived at 8am (appointment time) and was promptly greeted by Scott Nemitz who informed Joe Fabeck I had I was in for a recall notice on my Kia Soul. Arrived at 8am (appointment time) and was promptly greeted by Scott Nemitz who informed Joe Fabeck I had arrived. I was informed about why the recall was given and how long I could expect to wait for my car. I was shown the customer lounge and offered coffee. The recall repair went a little quicker than I was told, which made me very happy. I was also told about other services the dealership had available for me. A great group of people working at Bloomington Kia. I was able to talk to sales people while waiting and may have gotten some good Ideas about what I could do when my lease is up. More

Every encounter I've had with Bloomington Kia had been exceptional. After having my mother's vehicle serviced here for a year I decided to purchase a used vehicle with them and the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle which is usually stressful was very joyful.
