Dealership was easy to find, but the lot was a little harder to navigate than I expected. Anel was the first salesman we saw and from that moment on he treated us well. Never again. My daughters Kia Soul was broken into and towed to Kia of Bloomington. They would not give us an estimate until the parts arrived. If they knew what parts it needed, why could they not give us an estimate. They gave us a $2900 estimate, including 2 hours for "lifting and diagnostics". First, the damage was all in the interior, no need to lift. Second, if they knew what to order, what did they need to diagnose? Third, they quoted 1 hour to "clean the window" they would install. Seriously? The total estimate was $1000 in parts, which were not specified on the estimate, I had to request a parts breakdown. Parts pricing was high, but not totally unreasonable. The 9.5 hours of labor, however was RIDICULOUS. I emailed the service writer, his response was "You asked for an estimate, I gave it to you". I requested the service manager call me, no response. This dealer will never get one penny of my hard earned dollars. Apparently her mother in law agreed to pay for it, or it would have been towed home and I would drive the several hours there to repair it myself, as I am an ASE Certified technician. Not a SINGLE nice word to say about this clown show. More
