Never again. My daughters Kia Soul was broken into and towed to Kia of Bloomington. They would not give us an estimate until the parts arrived. If they knew what parts it needed, why could they not give us an estimate. They gave us a $2900 estimate, including 2 hours for "lifting and diagnostics". First, the damage was all in the interior, no need to lift. Second, if they knew what to order, what did they need to diagnose? Third, they quoted 1 hour to "clean the window" they would install. Seriously? The total estimate was $1000 in parts, which were not specified on the estimate, I had to request a parts breakdown. Parts pricing was high, but not totally unreasonable. The 9.5 hours of labor, however was RIDICULOUS. I emailed the service writer, his response was "You asked for an estimate, I gave it to you". I requested the service manager call me, no response. This dealer will never get one penny of my hard earned dollars. Apparently her mother in law agreed to pay for it, or it would have been towed home and I would drive the several hours there to repair it myself, as I am an ASE Certified technician. Not a SINGLE nice word to say about this clown show. More

Sold Sorento out from under me, again. Chris said it was going into service to get navigation fixed at at 2 pm Fri and to have a "good weekend." Monday I called and arranged a passenger to come 140 mi and purchase it and he said someone came and bought it Sat without nav being fixed. Hmmm. Screwed again. Guess they took it right out of the service bay and drove it away. Second screw's always a dream at Luther Kia. Glad I called first. Thanks. Shame on me. Bought one Kia and hoped for two from them. Won't be a second or third. Potential buyer beware. More

Everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and generally trying to make my experience as easy and hassle-free as possible...and it was! I'm shocked that I actually traded in a ca professional, and generally trying to make my experience as easy and hassle-free as possible...and it was! I'm shocked that I actually traded in a car and leased a new one as easily and quickly as I did. The amount of time spent in casual conversation with everyone far outweighed the amount of time it took to finalize the paperwork for the two transactions, but I don't feel like I was cheated or pressured into giving away or buying anything that I didn't expect or want. There was no pressure, it was so awesome. Also, I had to wait about 1 month longer than expected for my car to get stocked, and Anel was the most responsive and patient sales person I've ever interacted with, taking my calls and texts with eagerness every time. Thanks so much, Luther Bloomington! I'm so thrilled with my new car and with the whole experience! More
