Service quality was terrible. Air conditioning on my 2011 Sportage stopped working so I made an appointment and brought it in. Two hours later I get a call saying they ran a "complete diagnostic" and all that was needed was new Freon. The next morning, and $200 later, I picked it up and after twenty minutes, the air conditioner is blowing hot air again. Unfortunately I'm almost home by then so I have to make another appointment another day. Second visit, they have it for two days and run an "even more comprehensive diagnostic" and find $400 worth of problems. So I take off work in the middle of the day, pick up my newly fixed truck and heard back to work for a meeting. Not even ten minutes away from the dealership, the air conditioner is blowing hot air. I called them immediately and asked how they'd decided that my air conditioner was fixed when it didn't even last ten minutes. "I'm not exactly sure how they came to that conclusion" was the best answer I received. So now, after many days and over $600, I'm exactly where I was two weeks ago. And the best part is, I get to bring my truck in AGAIN! I sure love when businesses talk about quality service and really have no idea how to implement it. More

We first met Mike when we dropped by on a busy afternoon. Although he was busy with other customers, he took the time to let us get a look at the new Kia Stinger, and checked on us a couple times to answer any questions we had. Afterward, near closing time, we wanted to get a tour of the facilities, and he was more than happy to oblige, giving us useful background info on how they approach sales and service at this dealership. We left thinking that we could definitely see ourselves getting a car there and bringing it there for service. A couple weeks later we got in touch with Mike again with the intent to buy, and were pleased that he remembered us and our conversations. He was quickly able to locate a car that *perfectly* fit our needs. He quoted us a great price up front and answered all our million questions about the car. He took the stress out of the negotiation process by being fair and direct. Mike was always generous with his time, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and professional and courteous in his demeanor. When we came back to finish the leasing process, it was another busy day at Luther Kia, with customers crowding the showroom floor, but again we felt valued and respected. Mike walked us through the paperwork and financing application with ease. When it came time to deliver the car, Mike absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. It was a great experience at every step. We are thrilled with the car, the dealership, and our fantastic salesman Mike Lipke. (Also a shoutout to our finance guy Nick Marsh, who was also very helpful and gracious.) We wholeheartedly recommend both Mr. Lipke and Luther Kia. More

It was a BLESSING! So grateful for everyone involved! From the first text from my salesman, Chris, to the the last step of the car buying process, it was the best car purchase experience I have ever had! They were sincere, honest, incredibly helpful and informative, & answered all my questions, including some good advice! As a senior, and female & on my own, I felt like they really took care of me. I can't say enough good things about Chris who was exceptional, & goes the extra mile! His manager was great too! The finance dept. & the service dept went the extra mile! My ONLY regret was when I spun the "wheel of fortune" for a free gas card-it was only for $25, while I witnessed others win up to $500! Of course, it was all about luck! But, the service I received-i truely could not put a price on that! This could've been stressful & given me anxiety, but I did not experience any negative feelings. All positive! Mike also delivered the SUV to my home as I am unable to drive and washed my mom’s vehicle while she waited for me to get everything signed. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from them in the past 3 months and I will probably be buying my next vehicle with them. Great customer service. More
