Low Pressure Sale I met TJ in early September while inquiring about a couple of Kia Sorentos on the Bloomington lot. I explained what type of car I was looking for and I met TJ in early September while inquiring about a couple of Kia Sorentos on the Bloomington lot. I explained what type of car I was looking for and we discussed the pros and cons of the various models on my list (many of which Luther Kia had on their lot). I explained I was early in my search for a new vehicle but would keep in touch. TJ emailed me later in the week to see how my search was going. He was never pushy - more of a "I will be here if you need assistance" attitude - which I totally appreciate. I emailed him 6 days after my initial visit to let him know I would be visiting again to purchase the Kia we originally talked about. TJ is very personable with a casual attitude - my buying experience was very simple. Matt in Finance explained all the extra options available and again, in a non-aggressive way, waited for me to choose which extra options I may want. I left that day with my new Kia and am happy with my decision. A few weeks ago, I received my advantage card in the mail - nice little perk! More

Disappointed Went in for a 30k oil change and inspection service. They were kind enough to take me in even after I was late for my appointment I give them that, ho Went in for a 30k oil change and inspection service. They were kind enough to take me in even after I was late for my appointment I give them that, however after explaining three concerns I had with my Forte S one of them I showed the service advisor a quick video of. when the service was complete and went to pick up my vehicle, all that was explained to me was “Everything was working as it should”.🤔 it’s clear that isn’t the case, I can’t help but think either no one took the time seeing how my Oil Change reminder wasn’t reset along with my tire pressure wasn’t even checked, or they had someone that wasn’t qualified to diagnose the issue’s. Horrible first impression and unfortunately for them I will not be back. More
