Easy to Work With We traveled from Duluth to look at some Pre-owned Kia certified SUV’s and Bloomington was our first stop. We were approached by a sales rep and we went over our list of “musts” and “wants.” We test drove a few vehicles and found the one we wanted. Negotiations went well and our trade in was fairly smooth as well. Our only complaint was the amount of time everything took. We were there for about 5 hours from start to finish. We were very comfortable and happy with the vehicle we purchased and the deal we got on it though. More

Found a Gem! I was not expecting to buy a car when I started looking at the inventory at Luther Kia I expected to test drive a few cars figure out what I liked and I was not expecting to buy a car when I started looking at the inventory at Luther Kia I expected to test drive a few cars figure out what I liked and do some more homework. Then I found a hidden gem in their used inventory. Jim Remer was super responsive and helpful in getting things lined up for arrest drives before I arrived. He answered my questions and was very personable! The finance team worked quickly to process all the loan paperwork and Matt answered my questions. There was no hard sales on warranties. It was all clearly outlined and very easy to understand in plain terms. I received a nice message from Dan Dingmann after purchasing my car as well. It was nice to see the follow up from them making sure everything is going okay! I would encourage anyone to check out Luther! More

Excellent customer service!!! I was in the market to buy my 3rd Kia Soul and approached someone at Jeff Belzers to look up some numbers for me that day. The gentleman I spoke to di I was in the market to buy my 3rd Kia Soul and approached someone at Jeff Belzers to look up some numbers for me that day. The gentleman I spoke to did not seem motivated to help me and my impression was he wasn’t going to call me back. I then decided to call Luther Kia of Bloomington and was connected to Gabriel Quiroz. He was extremely friendly and thanked me right away for calling and continuing to support Kia. I then told him what I was looking for and how I wanted to act that day. He asked if I could come in and pick out a car and we could look into financing. I was there within 20 minutes of our call and he sat down with me right away! He worked with me and my schedule. He was very mindful of my work schedule and we did what we needed to and I left for a meeting and then he updated me with the results within an hour. Later that afternoon, I came back and purchased my car!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Gabriel to work with and Luther Kia!! It’s my 2nd one I purchased from them. By the way, the salesman at the other dealer still hasn’t returned my call, that was 10-31-18. More
