Did a test drive, after which there was NO pressure to buy. He simply asked where we were in the buying process. Well, we ended up buying that night. Negotiations were painless and professional, no cheesy “Well, my manager says this is the best we can do.” The paperwork was likewise painless (though we were not financing, which streamlines things tremendously). Can’t recommend Luther Kia Bloomington and James Loney enough. A great experience! More

We have made a number of car purchases in our lives and this experience was far and away the very best we have ever gone through. James Loney was a phenomenal sales consultant to deal with. James has a very friendly, easy going personality that really made the whole purchase process enjoyable. There were no hidden agendas, just pure honesty. In todays day and age it was very refreshing and quite honestly it was James customer service that cinched the deal for us. Luther KIA of Bloomington dealership was a very pleasurable experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend them and definitely ask for James Loney to help you with your buying needs!! Great sales person Mike, the Salesperson was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, genuine, and efficient. He made the process enjoyable. Justin was well organized and efficient. . However, he was pushy with the add on products. I didn't feel great working with him. It would have been much better if the add on products like warranties were either presented by the sales person or by a different person rather than combining the finance person with the add on products person.
