I was very leary going to the dealership as I was concerned that I would have someone pressure me with me being a female and not knowing a lot about cars. I felt no pressure in buying process. The product was impressive and the vehicle basically sold itself, which is the way it should be. Most people I know dislike the 'car buying experience' because of p impressive and the vehicle basically sold itself, which is the way it should be. After receiving a call, that I was due for my first complimentary oil change, I was notified several times by email and called the day before, as well. When I arrived, I was immediately waited on and was told the service would take about 45 min to 1 hour. I went to wait in the Lounge and in 45 minutes, my car was ready. The only disappointment was that the car wash was not functioning that day, so I left with a dirty car... but that did not reduce my overall experience for my 1st service appt. More
I have never been disappointed when using this dealership for service. Everyone is courteous, friendly and helpful. My experience was somewhat frustrating. The sales person new absolutely nothing about the vehicle I came up to look at, even very simple questions, such as i the Jeep AWD or 4WD, how many sets of keys it ca new absolutely nothing about the vehicle I came up to look at, even very simple questions, such as i the Jeep AWD or 4WD, how many sets of keys it came with, where they purchased the vehicle from, questions I felt a sales person should know. Luckily I did a great deal of research on what I was hoping to buy, otherwise I would've walked right back out the door. The vehicle was very reasonably priced, and I am very satisfied with the shape and condition that it is in. More
