I'm really sorry for the interaction that occurred and the miscommunication that took place. We certainly don't aim to create feelings like this with our guests. Please understand that at the time you asked for us to locate a vehicle for you the vehicle was available. We made an effort to obtain a vehicle for you and apologize we were unable to. It is never our intention to let a customer down by not locating the vehicle they desire, it is however sometimes out of our control and all we can do is make the best effort possible. Vehicle locates are a very common practice in the automobile industry as we all cannot stock every vehicle for every customer and by working with other dealerships all participants benefit. Unfortunately, it does open up a small vulnerability on the rare occasion that we cannot get a vehicle from another store.
