I recently stopped in at Luther Kia of Bloomington. Wasn't sure what I was looking for, I needed a car and needed it pretty quickly. Shawn Schmidt greeted me while I was browsing through the lot. After I told him yes please, I need a car! He asked what I was looking for. To wich Iresponded...I have no idea! This is what I have for a down payment... and this is what I can afford a month. What can you do with that? Shawn took it from there. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Shawn was extremely friendly, non aggressive and very down to earth. In fact, everybody on the floor that day smiled and said hello as they walked by. I was offered water, coffee, cupcakes...I even got a tour of the place. I really felt like they all wanted my experience with them to be the best.. and it was! Buying a new car can be very stressful... at no point did I feel even the slightest bit overwhelmed. Dave Ramy handled the finances. He is such a friendly, fun guy. Both Shawn and Dave made it feel more like hanging out with buddies... then talking to a couple of salesmen. I have and will continue to spread the good word for Luther Kia of Bloomington. What a great group of people. Oh... and my new car.... makes me want to do a happy dance! Great price and exactly what I told Shawn I could afford. The next time I'm looking for a car, I'm coming here. Thank you! More

I walked in there not even thinking I could get a new car, based on previous experiences with other car dealerships, but I had really needed a car. Jerry S., the sales manager gave us a very fair and acceptable price on our trade-in, and Dave, the finance guy, was ve courteous and accommodating. Shawn was helpful and courteous without being a pushy sales man. He has a very gentle approach in Sales.
