I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my Chrysler Sebring. We met with Charlie to test drive a Kia Sorento and a Kia Optima. I had the chance during the week to test drive and check out options on ma Sebring. We met with Charlie to test drive a Kia Sorento and a Kia Optima. I had the chance during the week to test drive and check out options on many different vehicles at different dealerships. The options as well as the comfort of the ride coupled with the V6 engine were part of what sold me on the Kia Sorento. Of all the sales people I met with, I enjoyed Charlie the most, as well as his level of professionalism. Hang on to him, he's a terrific salesman. Shawn was incredibly helpfull with finding a car that we wanted without compromising on what we wanted. Willing to work with our price range in finding a new car when other dealers kept directing us to use wanted without compromising on what we wanted. I has a great experience at the Bloomington dealership. I knew that I was going to lease another KIA when my old lease expired because I had such a positive experience the last time. Shawn was great in he I knew that I was going to lease another KIA when my old lease expired because I had such a positive experience the last time. Great experience answered all questions and was very helpful. Jamie took the time to show us all the features on the car and helped us sync our phones with the Bluetooth. Everyone we worked with was so nice and helpful. I never felt pressured at any time. It was really busy but Chris stayed with us the whole time and went out of his way to make us comfortable (even buying l felt pressured at any time. Great experience overall. Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me through the lease process. As a first time leader, they made it a very transparent experience from the initial greeting through the PO and helped me through the lease process.
