We recently returned two end-of-lease vehicles with the plan to lease two more. Christine S led us carefully through the process, listening carefully to our wants, suggesting upgrades she thought we might plan to lease two more. When they did, she and the team made sure the cars were spotless and gleaming. She has an extraordinary eye for detail. She carefully explained the cars' features and had or found an answer to our every question. We worked with Justin, who took our needs seriously and persuaded us to consider a maintenance package which I believe will save us a bit of money over the terms of the leases. All in all, a pleasant experience with a team that seems to enjoy their work as they satisfy the needs of their customers. More

I am so impressed with how hard not only my salesperson Cheri but the finance guy worked to get me into the car I wanted. There was no pushy sales tactics like you find at most dealerships. Last night we were able to close on our new Kia Telluride. Throughout the process of looking at multiple dealers, including dealers across the country, I am happy to report, I found the best servi Telluride. Throughout the process of looking at multiple dealers, including dealers across the country, I am happy to report, I found the best service not more than 20 miles from my home. I visited the dealer a coupe of times, sometimes speaking with Chris Stelljes and sometimes just bouncing question off the staff their. Every time I inquired about something they were respectful, and knowledgeable in their answers. I was quickly convinced that this was the place to buy. The service didn't stop with Chris, when we worked through financing, we met with Matt D. Matt was personable, informative and took his time to explain things. His up-sale wasn't too bad either. I don't normally give 5 stars on anything, and I have historically bought from AV Ford, but I think I will be going to Luther in the future. More

The best and most honest car buying experience ever! I bought the new 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 and my salesman Jim was awesome. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the Kia Stinger but after test driving one I knew I I bought the new 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 and my salesman Jim was awesome. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the Kia Stinger but after test driving one I knew I had to have the car. Only problem was I wanted a color this dealership didn’t have. Well, it wasn’t a problem because Jim did everything he could to get me the right color and I was able to pick up the exact car I wanted in one week! The no pressure sales team was refreshing, and my car was as promised, below msrp, and after one week of driving it thoroughly, the car is in perfect condition. I couldn’t recommend this dealership more. Thank you for the high class customer service and the invigorating Stinger. More
