The overall service was good. I just have two concerns. I was contacted multiple times for the first services last Nov and was told I had to bring my car to the dealership by Jan I just have two concerns. I was contacted multiple times for the first services last Nov and was told I had to bring my car to the dealership by Jan. 15 because my car is a new purchased car and you need to take a look even the odometer reading has not reached to 8000 miles. The odometer readings were about 3200 miles during Nov. 2023 and 4300 miles last Wednesday, Jan. 17. When I took my car the the services last Wednesday, Jan. 17, my impression was nobody at the Services knows what is going on with my appointment. I felt that it was not proper for me to take my car to the services since the the odometer reading has not reached to 8000 miles. In other words, the disconnection between the text messages/phone calls and the in-person experience at the Services made me fell very disappointed. The second concern occurred while I was on the way back after the services. I felt so cold and then realized all the previous settings on my car were gone. Thanks. More

The drop off process was very smooth but there was a delay in finding out about some additional repairs.
