I've taken several cars to Lance for service, and he always goes above an beyond. I deal with quite a few service advisors at other dealerships, and Lance at Luther Infiniti Bloomington is by far the be always goes above an beyond. HUUUUGE shout out to Curt (Sales Mgr) for OUTSTANDING above AND beyond customer service. A few weeks back I drove my 2020 QX50 to Dealership w/an almost flat tire. Service Department was closed but Curt above AND beyond customer service. A few weeks back I drove my 2020 QX50 to Dealership w/an almost flat tire. Service Department was closed but Curt was able to provide me with a Loaner vehicle (THANK GOD) to get me thru the rest of the weekend. Again, thank you Curt for accommodating me as always. Incomplete service. After having a tire replaced the ‘flat tire’ buzzer and warming was not turned off, unacceptable. The inside of the vehicle was left extremely dirty except for the center council scr ‘flat tire’ buzzer and warming was not turned off, unacceptable. The inside of the vehicle was left extremely dirty except for the center council screen being wiped. This was exceptionally different from my last experience. The inside was cleaned to perfection. I have no issues with the dealer not washing my vehicle, but don’t do it once and then not the next time. You need a standard operating procedure so the customer does not experience different results based on the tech servicing your vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back into the bay to have the light turned off, I was severely questioned as to why I was back and “what’s my deal”. Terrible customer service and terrible overall experience as a customer. I wish I was not under warranty for the sole reason to not come back to this dealership. More
