The stop at this dealership was in the middle of a long list of dealers that we had already been too or were planning on visiting. Initially we had stopped to look at one of their used vehicles, although we had test drove some Infiniti's and liked that model line as well. Steve Difiore helped us out with looking at the used vehicle and was very knowledgeable of the model and it's unique characteristics despite model not being an Infinity. As we spent more time with Steve and at the dealer it became apparent that we weren't going to encounter a better buying experience, based on our past experiences. Steve was absolutely fantastic to work with and is extremely well versed in the vehicle lineup. He was able to speak keenly to the performance aspects I was interested in as well as articulate clearly to my wife those same details in a way that made sense to her. Jeff Bruening, the sales manager was equally as pleasant to work with and was agreeable to our negotiations and just added to the overall positive experience. I was stranded on I-94 in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin about an hour from Bloomington on Friday late afternoon in my Infiniti (due to a non-Infi I was stranded on I-94 in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin about an hour from Bloomington on Friday late afternoon in my Infiniti (due to a non-Infiniti dealer doing work on my car, but that is another story.) I live in the Chicago area and I was up in Minneapolis on business. Anyway, I searched for the nearest Infiniti dealer and lucky for me, Rudy Lalor answered the phone at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. He arranged a tow truck, found me a hotel, and worked on my car first thing on Saturday morning so I could get on the road back home. He went above and beyond to help me and I'm not even a customer there as I don't live in the area. I would be a customer there now if I lived there and I highly recommend it. Any service department that does that much to help someone out understands service at a whole other level. Go get your Infiniti serviced there. They are the BEST! Oh, and I forgot, he text me to make sure I made it home to Chicago ok. How great is that?!?!?!! More

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the other Infiniti dealer in the area (Lupient) and could not run from their doors fast enough. Luther Infiniti of Bloomington, not only received me with a welcoming smile and a handshake, but treated with the respect I deserved. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, at no point did I feel rushed, or "bullied" by their sales team. My salesman Dave Simon, took the time to register me with all the Infiniti perks, walked me through the personalization, and setup of my new car, and even added my personal email address to his database, so that he could follow up with me regarding any important updates. These guys should be who you think of when you are looking to make one of the biggest investments a person will make- they will treat you the way you expect to be treated.
