Both David and Jeff were very responsive from initial negotiation through purchase, and even after purchase with some additional requests we had. Brad, Finance Director, was very helpful in sourcing out the best finance deals, and went above and beyond to negotiate those on our behalf. My previous car buying experiences have been more on the lines of "getting lost in the shuffle"...not so at Infinity of Bloomington! They were well prepared and proactive every time we came in, which made every step of the process quick and seamless! More

Luther Infiniti of Bloomington is the BEST! I was stranded on I-94 in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin about an hour from Bloomington on Friday late afternoon in my Infiniti (due to a non-Infi I was stranded on I-94 in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin about an hour from Bloomington on Friday late afternoon in my Infiniti (due to a non-Infiniti dealer doing work on my car, but that is another story.) I live in the Chicago area and I was up in Minneapolis on business. Anyway, I searched for the nearest Infiniti dealer and lucky for me, Rudy Lalor answered the phone at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. He arranged a tow truck, found me a hotel, and worked on my car first thing on Saturday morning so I could get on the road back home. He went above and beyond to help me and I'm not even a customer there as I don't live in the area. I would be a customer there now if I lived there and I highly recommend it. Any service department that does that much to help someone out understands service at a whole other level. Go get your Infiniti serviced there. They are the BEST! Oh, and I forgot, he text me to make sure I made it home to Chicago ok. How great is that?!?!?!! More

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the other Infiniti dealer in the area (Lupient) and could not run from their doors fast enough. Luther Infiniti of Bloomington, not only received me with a welcoming smile and a handshake, but treated with the respect I deserved. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, at no point did I feel rushed, or "bullied" by their sales team. My salesman Dave Simon, took the time to register me with all the Infiniti perks, walked me through the personalization, and setup of my new car, and even added my personal email address to his database, so that he could follow up with me regarding any important updates. These guys should be who you think of when you are looking to make one of the biggest investments a person will make- they will treat you the way you expect to be treated. They will make the process a very pleasant and informative one. Jeff, their sales manager, is a great guy. If you have any concerns, speak to him first, he will ensure a very positive experience.
