I've purchased a few cars from various dealers before and this experience has topped them all. We came in an hour before close one day a couple weeks ago(Feb 2018) and the front desk staff was prompt and quickly able to get us to a sales representative. We worked with Steve for about an hour that night going over their used car selections, talking through the pre-certified used car process as well as getting to view and test drive one of their vehicles. Of course, the Infiniti nearly sold itself from the test drive experience but having Steve there on the ride along was very helpful. He had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle and could speak about specifics to the engine as well as different trim models and features, even on the different years of the vehicle. He was able to show off the perks of the vehicle and get you to see them for yourself. He inspired confidence in the test drive to really see how the car performed in its different modes as well as different situations. Often times you feel held back in test driving the vehicle for simply not wanting to step boundaries with the salesmen. The car purchase took a couple days due to our schedule for when we could get back in and finalize the paperwork. Steve was there every step of the way and was very prompt and responsive to any questions that we had. Even after the purchase was made Steve checked in a couple days after to make sure everything was working out well. We also received a great value on our trade-in which made the buying experience that much easier for us. I've been back a few times to gather items from my old car that I had missed as well as getting to see one of their Q50's with a Stillen Exhaust package. All of the interactions I've had so far with their team have been fantastic. I will be hard pressed to buy from another dealer again after the experience I received at Luther Infiniti. More

Deal was off because of last minute rudeness. The salesperson walked out on us when we asked to to help with price deduction. Initially, we had to wait about 1.5 hours for a test drive. Once Aron was available, he was helpful to show us every vehicle we wanted and it was going nice until we we decided on the vehicle we wanted, he got us the quote. I asked him if he could reduce a little more $930 so that we could purchase. He just put the papers inside his drawer and said he cant do it and walked out. We thought he was showing the expression of a salesperson. After having talked to him for two says, he walked out on us without even having the courtesy to tell that he could not do the price. There is a nicer way of telling it. about 10 minutes later, his manager comes in acting he doesnt know what is going on. He asked us if we needed any more help, indirectly asking us leave. We mentioned that we were waiting for Aron for another vehicle quote. The manager mentioned that he has given the price he could and tried to explain the math. I told him that I understand the math,and I am asking him to help me with $930. He would not move, which we understand if they cant do it, but the way he was saying it was not cheerful at all. He kept on boasting how he has worked 20+ years, but to us he has not learned to take his clients. He is a complete failure as he lost $40000 client yesterday. We went to Lupient Infinity and got the customer service we deserved. Bought the same infinity with better powertrain warranty and $200 cheaper with a smile. I am never going there back again. If Luther cannot respect its customer, his customer will happily look for other options. After all its the relation we seek, money of course is something, but lasting relationship is what will take Luther longer. Just hate to admit that we were treated horribly at the end and the deal was off. More
