He introduced me to Steve Difiore Stopped in one Saturday to check out a car I saw online because I was in the area, was welcomed by Jeffrey Bruening. He introduced me to Steve Difiore who took over from there for the test drive. Steve was incredibly knowledgable and didn't try to over sell the car to me which I appreciated. The entire team was very kind and allowed me to purchase the car on Monday as I wasn't prepared to purchase that day. Steve was ready to go when I arrived and we walked through all the details of the car. As I said he was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I was then passed off to Sheryl DeBruzzi to finish up paper work and loan information. Very kind, thorough, and made it so easy to get everything finalized. I can not say enough about the costumer service this team provided. They were all so wonderful. Steve even took the time to check in every few days to make sure everything was above and beyond expectations. In addition, I traded in my old vehicle and was offered exactly what I had researched on KBB.com the car would be worth. No tricks or tactics here.
