Excellent Customer Service!! I first met with Steve in 2017 after an unpleasant experience with another dealership. Bought my first car and Steve was amazing! He had the car all cleaned and washed before I even arrived. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I've bought a number of cars from a number of different dealerships and Luther Infiniti in Bloomington was the best experience by far. I just wish I I've bought a number of cars from a number of different dealerships and Luther Infiniti in Bloomington was the best experience by far. I just wish I had found them earlier. I had decided on an Infiniti as my next vehicle. I saw one on their website that caught my eye. I inquired about it, received a prompt reply from Steve DiFiore, went to look at it and bought it all in a couple of hours! Steve made the experience so positive with his knowledge of the Infiniti product, no pressure sales, and great personality. Brad Marr assisted me with the financing. Brad, was professional, knowledgeable and by far the best financing guy I've ever worked with. I am so glad I bought a car from them! I can't wait to see them again when I go back for service. When does that happen with dealerships? For me, never. More
