The next day I got a call from financing, Taylor Ruehling who was awesome. I was able to get in immediately, and was greeted warmly and treated very well. I was impressed by their handling of each detail (even though I was buying a used vehicle) and their willingness to work with me. I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from another dealer and the experience there was horrible, so Luther Infiniti exceeded my expectations. The General Manager even took the time to speak with me. Overall, a wonderful experience from everyone I had contact with!!! Thank you for the great used car buying experience!!! More

Right from the start, Steve Difiori was communicative, efficient, and flexible. The same hour that I put in an inquiry on a car, he had reached out and even sent a video walk around of the car that I was efficient, and flexible. I had wanted to come in on a Saturday, but after a rough experience at another dealership that day, I didn’t want to end up taking their poor behavior out on another dealer. Steve was understanding of that and I came in on Monday ready to test drive a Subaru Forester. With Covid, dealers are appointment only. Despite this, I had visited 3 salespeople at other places after scheduling appointments and each time they were unavailable or I was passed off to someone else. Steve, however, was actually ready for me with the car when I arrived. I appreciated that he was mindful of my time. There wasn’t any pressure or games—he knew his audience was a person who knew what they were looking for and didn’t try to get me into something out of my price range. I came in with a preapproval from my credit union, but also had Infiniti run their own numbers to see if it would be competitive. It was a good rate, but the credit union still beat them out. Brad in Finance was down to earth and didn’t try to give me any run around. It was like I was being treated like a human being instead of just another sale. I would definitely recommend working with Steve if you would like to purchase a car. I also want to add that he walked me through everything, including the car fax, warranty, and fees. Having only purchased two other cars in my life, I don’t have the process down. Luckily they do and made it really simple. I know that if I have any questions or concerns, that they would be there to answer them. I had a positive experience and am so grateful. Car shopping can be draining and chaotic, but I can say that this was not like that at all. I would do it again! More

Incomplete service. After having a tire replaced the ‘flat tire’ buzzer and warming was not turned off, unacceptable. The inside of the vehicle was left extremely dirty except for the center council scr ‘flat tire’ buzzer and warming was not turned off, unacceptable. The inside of the vehicle was left extremely dirty except for the center council screen being wiped. This was exceptionally different from my last experience. The inside was cleaned to perfection. I have no issues with the dealer not washing my vehicle, but don’t do it once and then not the next time. You need a standard operating procedure so the customer does not experience different results based on the tech servicing your vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back into the bay to have the light turned off, I was severely questioned as to why I was back and “what’s my deal”. Terrible customer service and terrible overall experience as a customer. I wish I was not under warranty for the sole reason to not come back to this dealership. More
