Yes your Rep did offer to get alternatives, but I declined because they were more expensive than the originals I asked for. I would say the Rep at the Dealership did the best he could in a bad situation. The person that took my appointment and should have ordered the tires is the one I am unhappy with given I called well ahead of time.

They were nice enough to text me pictures of the parts that were leaking and needed replacing. It's nice to have pictures showing why something needs to be fixed or replaced. More

They are always friendly , thorough and helpful. They even wash my car after every service! All areas are clean and there is a very nice waiting room with a big screen TV They have Wi Fi available. More
