I had a problem with my traction control sensor and it was shutting down the power to the truck. I called, talked to Marti and she got me in immediately and had a pretty good idea what the problem was. I was shutting down the power to the truck. No waiting, no problems and it was covered by warranty. Went to get my paperwork and they brought me my truck all washed and ready to go. I was not expecting the car wash at all. I gave this dealership a very high rating for many reasons. First, when I scheduled my service, they were courteous and suggested what needs to be done based on my mileage. Second, they accommodated reasons. First, when I scheduled my service, they were courteous and suggested what needs to be done based on my mileage. Second, they accommodated my schedule. Third, they have a great new waiting area with hot coffee and fresh popcorn. Fourth, when my car was finished, it was inside a warm building and it was spanking clean on the outside! That car wash made my day. I think the cost of the oil change was a bit high at about thirty dollars, but the car wash made it an okay value. More
