I explained that I was just looking for a quick glance for something easily fixed. I was told to sign a few spots and that their wouldn't be a charge for a cursory inspection. When I picked up my vehicle, I had a larger than expected invoice waiting for me, and a pink eyesore on my maroon car. Needless to say, I paid the invoice because I did sign where they told me to, and I will deal with fixing the pink eyesore on my care somewhere else. Not the professionalism or the communication I would expect from a top service center. More

Recall Fix I recently had my 2014 Silverado serviced for a recall issue and oil change/tire rotation. Due to an issue with the recall, they were not able to com I recently had my 2014 Silverado serviced for a recall issue and oil change/tire rotation. Due to an issue with the recall, they were not able to complete the service that afternoon and I was given a loaner truck to use for two days because my work schedule wouldn't allow me to pick my truck up the next day. The service receptionist (Jamie) was very outgoing and was a great pleasure to work with. She answered or was able to direct my questions to the appropriate person due to the delay in getting my truck fixed and my work schedule not allowing me to come back the next day. There was no hassle with the loaner truck and the service manager (Steven) personally addressed my questions and concerns in regards to the recall issue and the delay in getting my truck fixed. He was willing to either stay late or come in early so that I could pick my truck up and work around my work schedule. I was totally impressed with the quality of service from this team and highly recommend them to anybody looking for top notch employees and service for their vehicle. More
