Unexpectedly Amazing Experience! Made an appointment, drove right in, literally. You pull into the ultra clean service reception area. Very nice, courteous, immediate service. I requested a loaner and expected some little 10 year old compact car in exchange for my 7 passenger SUV. SHOCKINGLY, I was given a 2019 7 passenger Traverse, decked out in chrome with two-tone leather interior and all the bells and whistles. I did not want to give it back!!! They were very communicative and my car was done the same day. They even washed it afterwards. They also said I could use 4 new tires, but said "wait to buy them until November's tire month sale!" Terrific customer service! By the way, the show room and waiting rooms are 4-star. I am coming here from now on!!! More
