Good service I feel like they could have been more responsive when I arrived. I didn't seem to be a priority, yet I was the only one there. My issue with my fan I feel like they could have been more responsive when I arrived. I didn't seem to be a priority, yet I was the only one there. My issue with my fan heater was not resolved, so I will most likely be back. The guy who helped me was nice, apologetic they did not hear the whine in my heater fan, and when I said I'd probably be back, he responded with I know. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had a difficult time locating my paperwork, and it seemed like forever before they brought my car up for me to leave. Could they have done better-absolutely! Could it have been worse-yes. All in all it was a good experience, just not great. More
