Kevin, Thank for your feedback!! Our service manager, service tech and advisor completely understood the issue! We could not duplicate, could not find any DTC's, "Diagnostic Trouble Codes", no improper shifting, no drive-ability issues and no problems of any kind. We did not charge you for our techs time and only charged you for 1 days rental out of 5. We suggested a transmission service which you declined only to end up with this unkind review. You have never purchased a vehicle from us so why not return to your selling dealer or get a 2nd opinion. After speaking with my staff they do NOT want your business so that we can agree! Tim, After this reply back from you and more so unprofessional response I had another dealership look at our car and guess what there is an issue, your team was not willing to diagnose due to lack of technical skill, training? See the other issue with you and the way you responded back to me was, you thinking you were helping me out by not charging me for your "techs" time and the rental car, heads up Tim you should in the first place not charge someone a rental when you set up a scheduled time to have your car looked at but don't touch the car for 5 days! I understand places are busy and I'm well aware of that but if you want some feedback maybe tell someone that "hey we are really busy it might be a while to get things looked at" pretty simple....also when I had to come back to the dealership to drive the car like I had suggested when I dropped the car off, I was able to recreate the issue, your service manager who should know better right, said it was normal? You have got to be kidding me this is your service manager! Here is a suggestion, maybe take your entire service team and do some training so you can all properly do your jobs correctly, then hopefully you can stop misdiagnosing issues with a persons vehicle.
