I completed this survey assuming you wanted an honest accounting of the services provided for self evaluation, I did not initiate this process. Your service department did promptly and courteously complete the oil change when I brought this to there attention. Your question should be why and how did this happen in the first place and what will we do to assure it doesn’t happen again. As for the Body Work being done off site, like it or not you are the face of this service and how you balance that is definitely a concern.
