After buying and leasing new Chrysler/Jeep products for 30 yrs and not many vehicles on the lots post-pandemic, it was time to forego 4x4 and go with AWD and to check all dealerships in the area for new ve 30 yrs and not many vehicles on the lots post-pandemic, it was time to forego 4x4 and go with AWD and to check all dealerships in the area for new vehicles . We also wanted something a bit bigger than our Cherokee.. We checked multiple dealerships. Found a wonderful Chevy Equinox at Luther Chevy- Hudson for an excellent price.. Most cars on lots are overly priced being as the post-pandemic supply is almost nill, but Luther had several cars for us to look at that had great prices.. We loved the price of the Equinox. My wife asked a question late Sunday night on Luther's web site about that Equinox.. on Monday morning, we got a call from Drew King, a sales associate at Luther.. Not only a phone call, but also included a video he had made showcasing the car.. We made an appointment with Drew for that afternoon to visit the Dealership and see the Equinox... Immediately after walking in he was right there welcoming us. Drew talked to us and then we all went for a test drive for a couple miles.. Drew answered all our questions as he explained the car to us.. Afterward he wasted no time in getting someone to appraise our 2019 Jeep Cherokee.. We felt we were given a very good trade-in allowance for our car, which was in excellent condition.. Drew helped us make the decision of buying or leasing by calculating all the rates for both ways, for multiple years.... We really loved how he had it all laid out for us and did not pressure us in any way.. We chose what we wanted...... Drew is an extremely intelligent and friendly person who wants to make the customer his main priority and that we love what we get... He is a wonderful salesman and representative of the Luther dealership. Drew also helped us join the GM/Chevy points program , as well as hooking us up with the On Star system... While he was showing us all the options the car comes with and explaining everything, he took the time to help program the radio, as well as answering a myriad of questions I had, being I was a Jeep person for decades and was unfamiliar with the Chevy equipment.. We elected to lease the car for 39 months and when that time gets close, we will be looking for Drew in the Dealership... Drew is a very personable and professional man who also is very efficient , knowing that our time is valuable too, and doesn't want to waste it... When you have a salesman who is concerned about the customer as a person, and not just The Sale, you want to come back to him and to the Dealership he works at... We will be back to work with Drew in the future..... He is an asset to your dealership... We felt we not only were treated with the ultimate respect by Drew, but also by everyone in the dealership.... everyone was very friendly and welcoming.. Drew took the time to take me on a tour of the dealership, especially the service dept, that way when I came for oil changes and other maintenance I would know my way around somewhat.. Drew noticed on my license plate that I was a veteran and hooked me up with ID.me , the military veteran program. and with that, Drew secured a Veteran Discount of $500 for me.. Drew was very respectful of my status of being a veteran and treated me with the utmost dignity.. Toward the end of the transaction, I saw Nick Barum [Financial Manager] for the Financial part of the visit, who also treated my wife and I with respect and dignity.. Nick also is very intelligent and personable and a pleasure to work with.. We love our new 2024 Chevy Equinox and look forward to driving it for the next 3+ years, and seeing Drew for another Chevy. We love the Luther-Hudson Chevy dealership and Drew, and will be returning for our business in the future.. It is a safe and secure feeling knowing we have a warm, friendly, and wonderful dealership with excellent salesmen like Drew who will take care of us within 20 miles of our home in New Richmond. I was not told I would be charged $40 a day for a rental car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enoug car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enough for the 3 cars seats I have so I was unable to use the rental car as I should have been. When I questioned things I was brushed off. Invoices and repair statements need to have a clear breakdown. I absolutely would not have left the dealership with a car I couldn’t use had I known I was going to have to pay $80 to use it. I have used this dealership for all of our car needs the last 10+ years and I have never been treated so poorly. More

I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 into the dealership to have a rear camera issue fixed. The service representative, Nick, did a fantastic job in getting me set up with the technician, Dan, and he was ab to have a rear camera issue fixed. Before you install an aftermarket light bar, be sure to talk to the dealer about which one to purchase so that it does not affect your electronics and to avoid potential corrosion both leading to my camera malfunctioning.
