I’m unable to give a better score until the work I had done, actually works! My vehicle was damaged while in you possession, and I get it, accidents happen. Now to the audio system, I’m still waiting for a call from someone to help either resolve or tell me when I can bring back in to get working properly. I guess I’ll have to ONCE AGAIN initiate a call to get an update. At this time, while my buying experience was good, I would NOT recommend Luther GMC / Chevrolet! More

Working with Mike Quiroga in sales department went very well. The vehicle that I was interested in was in transit. Apparently the delivery date was not known. Mike was able to let me know the status that he was able to check into weekly. When the vehicle deliver date was known Mike called to let me know when I could come in to check it out. When the vehicle was ready for me to pick up, Mike and I sat in the vehicle and went through issues of the new vehicle. We also paired my phone to the vehicle and contacted on-star. Mike stated that I could contact him at anytime calling Luther or his personal phone for any help or concerns with the vehicle. More
