I recently took my wife's traverse in for a check engine light and it's 90k service. Concerned about what the engine light may be, I asked them to check that before performing the 90k service. Sure enough my timing chain needed replacement (a $3k repair!). They told me I was "just outside" of my warranty so they wanted to wait until Monday to talk to the service manager and see if he could help me out price wise. Well he certainly did just that, because I was so close to the warranty being done he went ahead and performed the timing chain replacement as if it were still under warranty! Talk about helping out! This was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. The service department(I mostly dealt with Adam) kept me in the loop at all times, giving me their opinions on maintenance that they felt should be done ASAP versus the things that looked good enough that they felt could probably wait, which is helpful from a budgeting standpoint. So to package it all up for you, yes they have a winderful service department. I personnaly had a great experience taking my car there and fully intend to go back for any other work I need done and eventually to upgrade the wifes traverse to a suburban. (shhhh, that is going to be a surprise!) More

Our sales guy was Derrick Bechel, he listened to what we were looking for and did his best in finding it while staying within our price range. Jeff in financing was very patient and helpful in getting us approved with affordable monthly payments. They gave me a fair value on my trade in and I took home after 9 hours that day at the dealership a 2015 Malibu! More

I explained that I was just looking for a quick glance for something easily fixed. I was told to sign a few spots and that their wouldn't be a charge for a cursory inspection. When I picked up my vehicle, I had a larger than expected invoice waiting for me, and a pink eyesore on my maroon car. Needless to say, I paid the invoice because I did sign where they told me to, and I will deal with fixing the pink eyesore on my care somewhere else. Not the professionalism or the communication I would expect from a top service center. More
