She was very knowledgeable and took the time to test drive several vehicles with us. We left for the day to test drive different brands and at the end of the day went back to Luther Hudson to purchase a new SUV. We couldn't find the exact packages we wanted so after a few days of back and forth, we decided to order one that best suited our needs. Sam kept us up to date with the status of our vehicle all the way through arrival. When we went to pick up our vehicle, there was no hassle. The offer for our trade stayed the same and the price of the new vehicle was adjusted based on the current offers.
