At Luther when asked if I had any concerns about the van I pointed out a chip and a scratch. At other dealerships we would get the whole "well its a used vehicle, it will have some imperfection" Here they addressed the concerns by telling me they had it scheduled for repair work already, it just hadn't gotten in yet. That sold me! They took the time to make everything just perfect for me! They also have a nice kids room that made it so much easier to purchase the van while my kids enjoyed a movie and toys. Nathan has taken the time to make sure everything was as I expected! More
