He already had the specs printed for the 3 trucks we we interested in and compared them with us. We are not familiar with the Hudson area so he went with us on the test drive. We were impressed on the efficiency of the process once we decided on a truck. There was no pressure or talking us into any feature- he just explained and answered our questions.
