I arrived a few minutes early. Rachel started my paperwork immediately. She said the oil change and tire rotation would should take about an hour. The service department was very informative about what needed to be serviced on our truck. They also fixed an issue on our truck and was helpful with letting me know what needed to be serviced the next ti needed to be serviced on our truck.
