When I arrived, I was told that I also needed a valve adjustment to the tune of $400.00 and it would take 4 hours. I was given a "rental car" to use for the day. That saved me $15.00. I think I should have been advised what the codes were for when I scheduled my appointment, and given the correct amount of time that it would take for the service. When questioned about the need for this service, the answers were vague. Did the service code come up because the car required it, or because I hit a certain number of miles on the car, combined with the age of the car? This makes me believe that there a whole lot of unneccessary work being done on Hondas. I did notice that all of the cars in for service that day were newer Hondas. They are good cars. Why all the need for service? BIG MONEY!!! More

The dealership found a defective/worn out O ring--another problem you can google for this model--but would not consider that covered under the warranty. Cost? $150 to change $2.00 O ring. Shame on me. It seemed to me that the goodwill generated by covering this repair would be worth it. Clearly that is a sentiment not shared by this dealership; maybe all of Honda. We drive two Honda's. Guess what? The 2007 Honda Accord has been part of a Honda recall; for power steering problems. Took the Accord in, you guess it. They found the same problem, again they did not cover the service. Very disappointing. More

The battery is suddenly drained during the day and has no power to start the vehicle. The vehicle has been on two 4-mile daily trips to school for a couple of days including one in that morning. The light is set on auto and everything is shut properly. (The driver has OCD and will spend up to an hour to make sure everything is in the right order each time.) The only change made after purchase was to have Best Buy install an after-market remote starter. (Best Buy is the contracted dealer for starter for Walser Honda.) We were in a crisis type of situation. The kid was waiting at school to be picked up by this vehicle and I was traveling 1500 miles away. It’s 5 PM in the evening and -10 F degree. The biggest concern is something happen to the kid. Fortunately Hopkins Honda has shuttle service (free) for its customer. Jerry offered to use their shuttle to pick up the kid. The driver Ron gracefully did so. We were so grateful that they did that. I rushed back the following morning and jump started the vehicle. Hopkins Honda did a thorough diagnose and couldn’t identify anything wrong, including the starter. We’ll have to keep monitor the situation and hope it doesn’t occur again. Overall, we are very grateful that Hopkins Honda and specifically the consultant Jerry helped us diverted the crisis for the kid. More

I also fully intend to purchase from Hopkins Honda, due to exceptional service, regardless of which service analyst is working my service call. In all instances, if the wait will be long (I always wait), I am offered a vehicle for several hours or overnight to avoid spending time in the customer waiting area. If there are unplanned repairs, the service analysts always provide detailed explanations with options. Where possible, cost reductions are provided. I have found Hopkins Honda to exhibit honesty and integrity, each and every time I visit, whether it is for basic maintenance, or more major repairs. My vehicle has bee very cost effective to keep, partly due to the outstanding service received at Hopkins Honda. I applaud the Hopkins Honda team from Sales to Janitorial services and all roles in between. The atmosphere breeds service, service, service! Hats off to the team! More

I bought a 2009 certified accord from the dealership with an extended 2 year warranty ,during the first week the wheel alingment was going off the track so i took it to the dealership they fixed it free of c an extended 2 year warranty ,during the first week the wheel alingment was going off the track so i took it to the dealership they fixed it free of cost since it was under 1 month warranty. After three months came my first oil change so i went back to the dealership ,after the oil change they informed that the front brake pedal has been completely worn off and needs to be replaced , i told them that since i paid extra $2000 for extended warranty it should be replaced but No the service rep told me it's normal wear and tear so i have to pay for it and i did. Then came the second one my tires have worn out completely and the alingment needs to be done and that too on my expense cause it seems that every three months the accords tire and alingment will wear off as normal wear and tear(I am notr getting this done from the dealership since they are the worst scammers) .Then came the third one, on replacing the Front brake pedals the service tech noticed that the rear brake pedals are of a different make and not honda (which i have never got replaced) .Here is what the dealership scammed 1.Sold me a car with Bad tires 2.No Wheel alingment was done 3.The car had worn out Brake pedals and some third party equipment 4.Scammed $2000 out from me by telling false statements and lies I am no expert in Automobiles but incase if you are planning to buy a car from Hopkins Honda , make sure to get it inspected from outside and do not do the mistake which i did and paid for.
