Although my wait was over 2 hours, I was offered an opportunity for a ride home. The accomodations were pleasant enough to do some reading and a take a refreshment. Everything was completed in the time expected. More

Excellent Collision Service I brought my car in with a dented fender. They looked at it and gave me an estimate. I then followed up with my insurance company. I didn't have to wait for an appointment to have it fixed. They gave me a ride home (I live close) and picked me up when it was ready. It looked great and was even washed. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I know I'll be at a competent place. More

Problem fixed After a long road trip I found my car not only covered with a collection of bugs from several states but not starting on my return. I called Hopkin After a long road trip I found my car not only covered with a collection of bugs from several states but not starting on my return. I called Hopkin Honda asking what I should do. I was told to call roadside service to be towed. A wonderful gentleman came to my rescue. He got the car started and followed me to the dealership. Jerry at the dealership listened to my concerns. Tested the battery to find it was low. I already had an appointment set for the next day. Before noon I had a call everything was working, no charge as it fell under warranty and my car had been washed!! What a great day!! More
