Made my month! I came in for what I thought would be a quick follow up to a previous visit. I needed a small part that was out of stock at the time of my service. Th I came in for what I thought would be a quick follow up to a previous visit. I needed a small part that was out of stock at the time of my service. The visit actually wasn’t going very well until I got to AC. He was quick to get the part installed and in the process found my original part! He had the part refunded that I didn’t need. He also got my transmission fluid done which I did need. He also found that I had a damaged tire that was beyond repair. He found my warranty and got me a new tire. He compensated me far beyond what I would have expected and I never even asked. I have been having a particularly hard month and this experience meant far more to me than just a satisfactory dealership visit. I am extremely grateful for how AC treated me as a person not just a customer. More
