I keep returning to this specific dealer because they are efficient and friendly. They fix what you request and recommend service that needs to be preformed or parts that need repair or replacing and how soo efficient and friendly. The wating area is roomy with many seating options and a very nice snack area with fruit, cookies, water, coffee, muffins and hot chocolate (at no charge). There are also vending machines if you have any other needs. All areas are kept very clean and neat even the bathroom! My favorite employee in the service department is Kara. She is always upbeat, positive, accommodating, thoughtful and efficient. I hope all employees follow her example. More

The dealership "outsourced" an internet listing who falsely advertised a 2006 Honda Ridgeline "With a MOONROOF trim" on Autotrader.com and their own website. I drove from St Paul Park, MN to their who falsely advertised a 2006 Honda Ridgeline "With a MOONROOF trim" on Autotrader.com and their own website. I drove from St Paul Park, MN to their dealership in Hopkins. There wasn't a moonroof as advertised and they just said, "Sorry, we'll get that fixed on our website but there's nothing that we can do." So I left feeling rejected and disappointed. Bad business, false advertising. More

When I walked in and asked about a lease Jamie answered all my questions. Some other dealerships I went into as soon as I mentioned lease I could tell they were not excited to help me.
