I had my wife's 2006 Honda Accord in for service on January 10th. The overall experience was excellent, the work was completed in a timely fashion and I was on my way. Donna was attentive and courteous upon arrival and was thorough in explaining what was on my invoice, that the discount coupon was applied to all jobs and the car was washed and waiting. The customer lounge is always clean with newspapers, beverages and snacks available. I can't remember having a bad experience at Hopkins Honda and with 2 Accords that I own I'm in there 3-4 times/year. What a difference in the car servicing experience from the "old days"! More

Excellent customer service: Angie is efficient and gets me checked in and on the road quickly while my car is serviced. When I get back my car is clean and the paperwork is ready. The service technician who dismantled my glove compartment to check the cabin filter forgot to put the glove compartment hanger and nuts/bolts back on. This of course was a courtesy check to up-sell additional service work (i.e. Was NOT part of the original service contract). Later that evening I opened the glove compartment and watched the drawer dropped to the floor and all the contents fall out. Needless to say, I was not happy with this quality of work. Now I question the quality of work on all the other service items they performed on my vehicle. I called Donna several times and left a vm over a period of couple days, worst is no response from her. It ended up with the receptionist speaking to the service manager to get some kind of resolution option for me. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to bring the car back and have them fix what was not broken in the first place. More
