Bought my first Honda here in May 2012. Paul Anderson was my sales rep. He loved working with him because he was really honest and straight forward, no surprises. There turned out to be nothing wrong with the car. It was the aftermarket rubber floor mat that stunk. I didn't believe the service rep at first and persisted that the floor mat could not produce the smell of oil. But I smelled the floor mat when I got home and found it was indeed the problem. I felt stupid, considering I often fix my own car. But they were really nice, appeared to thoroughly investigate the issue, and solved the mystery. They were great to work with. More

Scheduled our first oil service appointment for our new INSIGHT. Called for the appointment and representative was very helpful and accommodating.
