I have had the service work done on my Honda Civic in Hopkins since 2007. The fact I continue to go back there shows how satisified I am. I was told that my 209 Honda Civic needed the transmission fluid changed. Then I was told there was no record of it ever being changed in your system. I have taken my car to this dealership for transmission fluid changed. Then I was told there was no record of it ever being changed in your system. I have taken my car to this dealership for every oil change when the maintenance minder signals an oil change is needed. A service tech has never asked if I wanted to get the transmission fluid changed. The car has nearly 65,000 miles on it, so I should have been asked at least 2 times in the past, at 30,000 and 60,000 miles. Right? I was a little upset that this did not happen.
