Bonnie was friendly and knowledgeable, easily able to answer all of my questions, patiently guiding me through what can be a stressful ordeal, and helping me find a vehicle to fit my lifestyle and finances. After narrowing it down to the Civic, she went over every bell and whistle inside and out, and again, answered all of my questions regarding the conditions of the lease. My experience with the finance department was also top-notch, stress-free and everything was clearly explained. I pulled out of the lot, leaving my junker trade-in behind, deliriously happy with my first NEW car.
