Overall, we did not have a great experience at Hopkins Honda. Ryan Z was responsive to our concerns and responded when issues arose. We had an issue with the tire light coming on and when I left the deale Honda. Ryan Z was responsive to our concerns and responded when issues arose. We had an issue with the tire light coming on and when I left the dealership with the used vehicle (a 2020), there was barely enough gas to get me to the University of MN and then home. I had to fill up that evening to come back to the dealership to get my other vehicle. I was not treated well by the finance department when I changed my mind about the extended warranty on the vehicle. I left two voicemail messages the day after purchasing the vehicle and did not get a response. I then came in the next day and was told they were too busy to see me and I should have made an appointment. I told them that I called twice the day before and when neither of my voicemails were returned, I came in to speak to someone. The man I met with who eventually canceled the contract was very rude to me. We like the vehicle that we purchased but I in no way felt like a valued customer. More
